Thousands of tapes, reels and discs of previously shot footage and images languish in archives, libraries and storage areas across the country.
What could be achieved with all this material?
Why stop at an ‘interesting documentary about World War II with a famous narrator..’?
What about a ‘mashup’ to music, an App for tourists/visitors, or a comedy programme, or something completely different?!
