It will look at -

Apps are becoming central to the TV experience, as increasing numbers of viewers use a their smart phone, pad or tablet to learn more about a programme, find out what their friends are watching, play along, share and recommend a programme, or catch up on what they’ve missed.
Now audiences can watch TV on the go: live on their phone or pad; and with connected or social TV, apps for news, sport and video on demand have arrived in the living room such as the recently released BBC news app on Samsung TVs.
